Fillings

We use tooth-coloured mercury-free composite fillings to repair cavities and tooth damage.

Composite fillings are the ideal choice for patients who desire a natural looking option. Composite resins, or tooth-coloured fillings, are a restorative material used to fix a cavity, a crack etc. They’re designed to withstand the pressure and stress of chewing. While not permanent, they last for many years before the need to be replaced and are esthetically pleasing.

Unlike metal fillings, during a cavity-filling procedure, composite fillings bond directly with the tooth. Amalgam filling is often used for filling the back teeth and is comparatively stronger and lasts longer.

Dental sealants

Tooth decay begins when consumed sugars form bacteria on teeth and produce an acid by-product that wears away enamel, developing grooves or cavities. Teeth with deep grooves are hard to clean and are prone to further decay. Dental sealants are a thin, plastic coating that are applied to the surface of molars and premolars to seal the grooves. Tips To Maintain Your Restorative Dental Work:
